I was looking for guidance and support in stepping up to fully embody my soul---for myself and for the planet---and I have found the path that leads there through MA. The work is bringing me much more awareness and presence in every moment of my life, making my whole life a meditation. I feel a much greater level of choice in each moment---it is entirely up to me where I want to vibrate at any given time.
I am especially appreciating the living words. I notice that I am embodying them more fully and am now also starting to gravitate towards words that aren't as easy for me to access (but which I really do want to be known by----such as strength, disciplined, powerful, vitality, active, and expressive).
