Magdalene and Thistle Farms A way to contribute and stay clean and soft
I love NPR (National Public Radio). Several months ago they did a series on a group in Tennessee, USA that is changing the lives of many, many women. I was hooked and had many of those sit-in-the-car-and-listen moments that NPR is famous for. Then I ordered a couple of products and felt even better supporting their work. I also love how they do what they do.

In 1997 Becca Stevens, an Episcopal priest, created Magdalene, a residential program for women who have survived lives of violence, prostitution and addiction. Thistle Farms is their social enterprise.
